  • To live in the Mexico City metro area, be free every weekday, and make the monthly in-person review near Roma, Condesa and Polanco

The role

UGC Creatives is a US company that builds TikTok Shop creator talent. We're hiring freelance content creators based in Mexico City and the área metropolitana, as independent contractors (not employment, not nómina).

Location

Roma, Condesa, near the Ángel de la Independencia, and Polanco (CDMX). The monthly review and product handoff are in person.

What you'll do

  • Film short-form videos that promote products for TikTok Shop
  • We supply products, scripts, creative direction and training
  • Scripts include both talking and no-talking versions
  • Record in English and Spanish (some videos will be in English)
  • Edit and post content (CapCut is fine)
  • A TikTok Shop account will be provided to you
  • Weekday production volume with weekly coaching support
  • Small community: each creator has a manager and a coach

A typical day

  • Film every weekday in CDMX
  • About 3-4 hours early on, closer to 2-3 hours once you're efficient
  • Usually 8-15 short-form videos per day
  • Each video is about 9-12 seconds
  • We provide materials, scripts and clips, so the pace picks up quickly

Requirements

  • Live in Ciudad de México or the área metropolitana
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable filming in both
  • Comfortable on camera
  • Can edit your own videos
  • Can film every weekday and follow a script
  • No follower count required
